- To serve warm heat gently with a little reduced stock & whisk in some cold butter to make a decadent but simple sauce for duck, game, pork or toasted goats cheese.
Ingredients: Sour cherry vinegar (wine vinegar (sulphites), concentrated sour cherry (2%)), sugar, sour cherries (10%).
