A beautiful rich & fruity relish, made by chef Declan O'Donoghue, using only the smoothest source of gin and tastiest wild cranberries.

Ingredients:
Wild cranberry (lingonberry)(31%), sugar, apple (apple, water, acidity regulator (citric acid)), white wine vinegar (sulphites), sultanas, Irish craft gin (46% abv)(2%), ginger, salt, gelling agent (pectin), spices.
