Our crunchy and buttery biscuits are handmade in Belfast by our local baker, Mike.

Flour (Wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Northern Ireland Butter (30%), (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Icing Sugar (Sugar, Cornflour), Red Wine (4% (Sulphites), Wheat Starch, Dried Egg Albumen, Modified Starch, Acidity Regulators (Calcium Lactate, Tartaric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Lactic Acid), Dextrose, Stabiliser (Guar Gum)
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Sulphites, Soya Lecithin
Made in a factory that also handles barley.
