After a lockdown filled with research, baking, tasting and discussions with some of the most famous bagel connoisseurs in the US born out of a passion to try something new, Steven and Kirsty started Bodega Bagels an East Belfast couple who are bringing the tastes of New York to Belfast through their unique Bagel company.
