The Tear & Share Strawberry Mallow Slab is marbled with tempered milk chocolate to create an irresistible ‘crack-squish’ texture. Delicious by itself or toasted on the mini gel burner before squishing between two chocolatey biscuits.
Strawberry Marshmallows with Milk chocolate: Granulated sugar, golden syrup, bovine gelatine, Madagasgan vanilla bean paste (invert sugar syrup, vanilla extract, water, sugar, spent vanilla seeds, thickener (tragacanth)), icing sugar, cornflour, salt, rapeseed oil. Belgian Milk Chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder: 100% Strawberry. Strawberry Puree: Sugar, strawberry puree, natural strawberry flavouring with other natural flavourings, acidifying agent: citric acid, colouring agent: anthocyanins, preservative agent: potassium sorbate, thickening agent: pectin. Velvet Red Colouring: Humectant: E422 Glycerol. Thickener: E551 Silica, Colour: E124 Ponceau 4R, E104 Quinoline, E122 Carmoisine, E110 Sunset Yellow, E153 Carbon Black.
